Learn how to use healing energy for self-care to improve stress management, emotional regulation, and frustration tolerance (AKA parenting). Reiki is a style of energy healing that promotes deep healing of the mental, emotional, physical, and energy bodies.

Join Reiki Master, Entrepreneur, Educator, and Mom - Heather DiNino, for an empathic and fun-filled Reiki training.

Learn how to use healing energy for self-care to improve stress management, emotional regulation, and frustration tolerance. This Reiki 1 placement will help you balance and manage your energy systems (chakras) in order to tune into your own parenting intuition. This enables you to proactively and reactively deal with the daily stresses of parenting (and life).

• IN PERSON: (48 Winthrop Ave) — Saturday, October 23rd, 10am-4pm

• ONLINE: (From the comfort of anywhere with internet) — Sunday, October 24th, 10am-4pm

Reiki sessions

Reiki sessions with Heather realign and balance each individual's energy centers (chakras) leaving you feeling more comfortable, confident, and at ease.

Available for all ages - it's never too young!

Sessions with children are in person only (adults are always welcome to accompany children; adult accompaniment mandatory in children 5 and under)

Sessions for adults can be done in person or remote, and are approximately 60 minutes.
